Make two different revisions
First, correct a fact: replace a date or figure using the approved update. Check every slide where that value appears. Second, change the structure: move the risk ahead of the recommendation and shorten the introduction. These requests exercise different parts of the workflow.
A useful revision identifies the affected material and the content that should remain stable. If the deck becomes shorter, compare it with the source to make sure a qualification did not disappear. Shortening a paragraph can unintentionally strengthen its claim.
Inspect the actual PowerPoint file
Open the returned file in the recipient’s editing environment. Check whether the chart, table and text behave as the recipient expects. Verify headings, slide boundaries and source notes at normal viewing size. A preview is helpful, but the deliverable is the file you will share.
