The packet below makes the five-slide task repeatable. Use the same input in each product, save the first files, then send the correction separately. This is a practice kit, not a published benchmark or a claim that either product wins. Fictional operations memo, version 1. Audience: operations leads. Four-week review: 80 requests, of which 24 missed the target response time. Proposal: a two-week pilot with one team and a named triage owner. Approval is requested, not granted. Pilot results, cost savings, budget and the owner’s name are unknown. Create a five-slide PowerPoint presentation from the memo: decision requested, observed baseline, proposed pilot, limitations and alternatives, approval questions. Keep the four-week observation separate from the two-week proposal. Include the numerator and denominator. Do not invent outcomes, a budget or a named owner. Return the presentation file if available in this interface; otherwise identify what you can deliver. Source correction, version 2: 20 of the same 80 requests missed the target, not 24. Update every affected slide, chart and percentage. Preserve the four-week observation, two-week pilot and one-team scope. List what changed and what remains unresolved. Expected check: the original rate is 24 ÷ 80 = 30%; the corrected rate is 20 ÷ 80 = 25%. Search the revised file for the old count and rate. Do not change the denominator or describe a reduction caused by the pilot: this is a source correction, not a measured improvement.
