Presentation tool comparison: one brief and two edits Original fictional exercise from Syaxis. No tool results are supplied. SOURCE NOTES Audience: an internal product review. Purpose: approve the next checkpoint, not a public launch. Milestone: the prototype review is complete. Delay: the integration check is still open. Its completion date is not confirmed. Next checkpoint: 12 November, subject to the integration owner confirming readiness. Decision: name the checkpoint owner and agree the evidence required before launch. There are no customer results, revenue figures or measured time savings in these notes. INITIAL REQUEST Create four slides: milestone, delay, next step and decision needed. Preserve the open integration check and the conditional date. Do not invent results, causes or a launch approval. Use a clear title and concise supporting text on each slide. EDIT ONE Move the proposed checkpoint from 12 November to 19 November. Keep it conditional on integration readiness. Update every reference without changing the other facts. EDIT TWO Shorten the most crowded slide to a title and three bullets. Preserve the uncertainty and the owner/approval request. HANDOFF Use the same required output for every tool. Export if the plan allows it and open the file in the receiving app. Change a title and one object the recipient must maintain. Record the actual result, product, plan, date and manual corrections in the accompanying CSV. A successful file open is not proof that every object is editable. USE You may adapt this exercise for personal or commercial use. Record untested steps as not tested. Do not publish invented scores or claim that this exercise is a Syaxis-generated output.
